Climate Right will heat, cool and adjust humidity conditions within very small indoor or outdoor enclosures. Results may vary based on size of enclosure and ambient room and outdoor temperatures. Usual adjustment for the dog house is 30-55� for winter conditions and 68-80� for summer conditions. Please allow Climate Right to run continuously for 48 hours. It may take this long to properly acclimatize certain large or extremely hot or cold spaces based on the gentle nature of the rate of change in air temperature (by design). Please be sure to follow the priming directions before operation.

Hound Heater II Dog House Heater

The Hound Heater II will stay at a constant 130 degrees when the outside temperature is below freezing, keeping your pet warm and comfortable. A 60-75 watt bulb produces approximately 230 BTU's of dry, reliable heat. Draws 1.3 amps

The Hound Heater II will heat an average size dog house (typically 48" L X 24" T X 24" W -- approx. 16 cubic feet) with a ceramic emitter, infrared bulb or standard light bulb. At 0 degrees F outside, the house will stay around 40 degrees F. If you need to warm a larger area, multiple heaters may be installed. (We recommend that a Thermo Cube be used to help regulate the temperature and save energy.)

Mounting Instructions:

Measure down the wall 7" and over 7" from a top corner of the dog house
Drill a 7/8" to 1" dia. hole at the previous located mark.
Run Hound Heater cord through your hole
Mount 4 screws in the base of the Hound Heater.
Put in your Heating Element. (bulb, ceramic emitter, etc.)

Mount the Hound Heater in any corner of the dog house away from the dog house entrance.
